We stayed for 5 nights at the Seaside Residence and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Functional kitchen (we didn't use the cooking appliances but looked good quality and newish)
Big bathroom, good water pressure, instant hot water and good quality washing machine
Efficient and quiet air conditioning in bedroom and ducted a/c in main kitchen/lounge area
Very fast internet 76.4Mbps download / 28.4Mbps upload
Comfy bed, nice desk area and lots of storage for clothes etc.
Shutters on windows block out virtually all light and noise - very quiet and dark bedroom
Nice patio - great for drying clothes
Responsive communication from the host

Very nice and clean comfortable modern apartment. The owner is very nice and helpful. We had an issue with the AC when we first got there and they were so quick to respond and had it fixed shortly. We recommend a visit if you’re in Vlorë.
Noting it was all good. I would recommend staying here anytime!
