The subdivision has several families living in it, quite and peaceful. The apartment had great air conditioning.
The apartment had a strong odor when we arrived that resembled either gas or insecticide, which was concerning. The bed linens also had an unpleasant smell. The pots, pans, utensils, appliances, and kitchen cabinets appeared old, and the cabinets could have been cleaned more thoroughly.
The building itself, including the elevator and hallways, also had an unpleasant odor. The neighborhood felt somewhat rough, and I would not feel comfortable walking outside the subdivision at night.
A car is highly recommended, as the beach, restaurants, shops, and well-stocked grocery stores are not within walking distance.
