The bed was comfy, everything we needed was provided. The location was great.
I had low expectations after reading the 1 star review, but the stains mentioned on the carpet were obviously from bleach used to clean. We didn't notice any missing lightbulbs.
There were no TV channels available, although there is a chrome cast, that assumes you have a device that can be used.

Good location, airiness of apartment, availability of parking
Cooker timer had not been set (power cut?) - meaning the oven would not operate until we found and read the manual
Shower was so hot as to be quite unusable. Eventually I found the solution by adjusting the boiler setting.
Bathroom bin was full of used tissue etc - not nice.
I counted 8 failed lightbulbs (6 spots + 2 candle bulbs in bedroom), and one bedside lamp had no bulb at all - no bedtime reading on that side!
