The location is amazing, has access to metro in case there's a shelling, the apartment itself is super clean and comfy. The stuff is very friendly. The apartment is easy to find. A lot of good places to get some food in close proximity.

A neat and charming apartment in the very center of Kyiv. You're literally right in the middle of all the action. The only issue is that when I booked it, the description said the apartment was near the Olimpiyska metro station, but in reality, the Ploshcha Ukrainskikh Heroyv metro station was closer. There wasn't enough storage space, as the apartment is indeed very small. But if your trip is no longer than 7-8 days, I highly recommend it.
There wasn't enough storage space, as the apartment is indeed very small. The kitchen lacked anything for cooking, such as salt, pepper, and some kind of oil. These wouldn't be expensive to implement, but they would have significantly improved the apartment's overall feel. When traveling for several days, it's unlikely that someone will buy a bottle of oil or a package of salt.

Very convenient location in the city center. Nearby, there is a large shopping center, various shops and establishments, and close access to transport.
Convenient check-in process using electronic passwords without physical keys, without restrictions on the time of day (except curfew).
The room (apartment) has enough amenities for a comfortable stay for a week. There is an opportunity to cook food and store it, as well as to wash clothes.
No elevator, 4th floor with high stairs.
There was no remote control for the air conditioner.
The window overlooks the wall of a neighboring building, and the balcony overlooks the cafe's courtyard.
Poor noise insulation.

Easy communication with the host.
Neighbors were smoking and making weird sounds.
The cattle did not work.
The hair dryer did not work.
Although the air-heater was provided, the flat was still cold.
