The location was ideal. It was easy to get in. The owner's son - English-speaker - greeted me and explained everything.
Good shower! Good water pressure with a curtain and a 'curb' so the water doesn't run all over the floor. The "bathroom" shower is one of my top priorities for choosing an apartment.
Other than those things, the location and the price met my expectations
As a previous renter posted in his/her review, the room(s) were dark - painted dark blue, very 'dated'. I recommend a 'paint over'.
This may seem like a small thing but the pillow on the bed was uncommonly, large and 'stiff'. Not a 'modern, soft' pillow. It was very ''Soviet period" - functional but not comfortable.

Местоположение просто супер, живёшь в центре, но при этом во внутреннем дворике. Сами аппараты сложно назвать элитным жильём (ремонт не помешал бы, да и посуду стоит обновить, сковороду так точно). Если не планируете проводить много времени в аппартах, то можно смело брать.

Small but cozy flat in a quiet courtyard in the historic center of the city. Fully-equipped with everything needed, including a washing machine, cooker, 2 beds and comfortable seating - and a large bathroom. Very friendly host - was happy to let me move in early. Excellent value for money given the low price.
