The room was a good size and spotless. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and it even had cookies. We had a lovely meal in the evening and the breakfast was lovely. We found the staff to all be friendly and talkative.

Good location friendly staff
Room and bathroom not clean enough. Bedroom carpet stained and not hoovered - bathroom mouldy shower mat and screen rubber, hair from previous occupants on bathroom floor. Rusty soap holder broken toilet seat. Radiator on bedroom broken (we fixed it) was turned up to full even though not needed.
