The apartment was smart, modern and clean, with comfortable beds and a convenient kitchenette. Although it is a little outside of the main town centre it is still very convenient and only a few minutes walk from the lake front, the town centre, the Lido and the Palazzo di Congressi. The station is about 18 - 20 minutes walk from the hotel. The self check-in and check-out worked smoothly for me. I didn't encounter staff in the hotel per se, but the staff in the restaurant for breakfast were also very polite and friendly. Overall a very nice and convenient hotel that I would be happy to return to on my next visit to Lugano
The options for breakfast were a little limited - though the quality was good overall.

Location
Parking access did not work when we arrived and there was no one available to assist. Room so small, hard to move around the room. Looked do much better on photos than in real life. Tried to reach out to staff with enquiries but no assistance was offered with issues.
