Great location, very comfortable, they thought of every, even had LOTS OF HOOKS for clothing, hats and bags - unusual to find and SO practical and appreciated. The internet was fast and reliable and the bed was comfortable.
Most of the pictures and hooks were placed VERY HIGH on the wall - hard to see/reach.

Convenient location, good size apartment, clean
Communication with the host could be much better, till the last moment I did not know if I am getting an early check in or not. We had to wait 20 minutes outside on the busy street, before the check in lady arrived. 10am check out obsession, kept us under constant stress. They even rang the bell at 9:30am in the morning to warn. It did not feel good at all. You need to be more customer friendly!
