Clean, modern facilities in a quaint setting. Continental breakfast was very pleasant. The hosts were great folk. So much more an enjoyable experience than a corporate hotel for us.

Stephen was a wonderful host showing us our room on arrival and explaining arrangements there.
Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day.
Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside.
A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying here.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, Stephen gave us a warm, incredibly friendly welcome and made us feel right at home immediately.
We stayed in Room 3, which was immaculately clean and thoughtfully equipped with absolutely everything we could possibly need. The kitchen area was a brilliant touch, and we absolutely loved the generously sized bathroom and superb shower. Thanks to the wonderfully peaceful and quiet location, we enjoyed a brilliant, uninterrupted night's sleep in the massive, comfortable bed.
To top it all off, we were treated to an amazing breakfast every morning. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and are already looking forward to staying here again sometime.
