This hotel had been recommended to us and fulfilled all our expectations. Staff was very helpful, rooms neat and clean, breakfast healthy and tasty, nice swimming Pool and jacuzzi. I particularly also liked the garden.

Lovely staff, warm, welcoming, helpful, friendly, (English speaking - excellent). Spacious rooms, well-appointed, super bathroom (nice glass-sided shower cubicle with double head.) Comfortable. 16m pool (clean, never too busy, well-maintained). Nice gardens. Outside jacuzzi. Wonderful. Breakfasts looked good (tho we preferred to go into town). The Merano area is beautiful with lots to do (cable cars, gardens, castles, walks, huge numbers of restaurants and cafes, all reliably good and not expensive). Loved it all.
