From the moment I checked in, I realized the AC wasn't working, so I notified the property via the Hotels.com chat, but I never received a response. The next day, they told me via WhatsApp that they would fix the AC, but that wasn’t true, and we had to spend a second consecutive night at 81°F with the window open to cool the room since there were four of us. Additionally, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the closet was full of cleaning supplies and tools (broom, mop, etc.) There’s no place to hang towels in the bathroom, and the shower is so small it’s hard to move around in it. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this poorly managed, run-down, and unpleasant place where the photos in the listing don’t match reality.

Super hard to get a hold of the hotel. Spent hours trying to get code and room number after having checked in online beforehand. We had to use locals at the airports telephone to try to get through. Would not recommend. Poor customer service.

My daughter and I chose the property because it's just a 5 minute walk from the Vilas Tennis Academy where she is playing a tournament. The employees are super friendly and helpful, the apartment is cleaned every 2 days, there is a small refrigerator, microwave, stove and coffee maker so we can make quick meals here. Plus, the location is perfect. It's also a short, 5 minute walk to several restaurants and the beach. I could not be happier with our choice!
