The staff was so friendly and made you feel like family. The gentleman and lady at the breakfast bar was so nice and made the morning fun. The pool was nice and the exercise room was nice. The room was perfect for us and was a great price.
Really the only complaint was the trundle bed under the side was pretty bad. You could feel the springs and it wasn’t comfortable

Breakfast was hot and as expected. Friendly staff. Room was clean.
We were out of the room from 9 am until about 4:00 p.m. and we were surprised that there had been no maid service whatsoever. Bed was not made. I had to ask the desk clerk for towels. She told me to put our used towels outside the door in the hallway for a 'man-maid' to pick up. Which he apparently did. The rolling chair at the desk is quite difficult to sit in and could be dangerous for seniors.
