New look and very clean

Its a nice comfortable space with good breakfast options. Rooms are super clean and comfy.
I feel the front office team is not trained well. I have travelled to multiple hotels on this trip and this shortest stay was the most problematic. First the team couldnt find my booking, then I was told I cant be given a reciept becasue it will only say $0. How am I supposed to submit that to my organization? I have been requesting an invoice through booking.com for days and have not recieved a response.

the location and spaciousness , and having a kitchen
hearing construction early in the morning from the next room

It was very bland and rubbery!
The room should have been inspected before having guest check in. The toilet seat was sliding back and forth, ypthe room was not clean and no tissue from the beginning of our stay.
