Excellent location, charming Lodge with off street parking which is a bonus in this part of the city. Comfortable beds and met all our needs.

All the windows are drafty and cold even if the room is at 22 degrees, so the furniture had to be pulled away from the windows to sit comfortably, but you still felt the cold on the back of your neck. Heavy drapes/curtains could be provided to alleviate this while sitting in the evenings. General cleanliness is good but a deep clean in nooks n crannies is required to bring the whole house up a notch. No starter toiletries or washing up liquid/cloths had been provided, and the ovens, racks and trays really do require a serious professional deep clean. Internet connectivity was very poor and slow, in as much as if two people where using the TV lagged badly, in this day and age in the middle of a large city this is really not acceptable, we get faster speeds here in rural Mallorca!!! Attending to all these niggles would elevate this property a notch or two without any real outlay, and I would rate it a 9 and not a 7 out of 10.

Beautiful lounge and kitchen, warm and comfortable. Great location with parking.

Needed some extra items in the bathrooms eg shelves, towel rail, bin etc to complete the well appointed rooms.
