Aurora Sofia Hotel

I've stayed at this hotel several times before, but this time I wasn't completely satisfied. A relatively nice hotel in Sofia. The negatives are listed below.

1. Parking lot - minor construction work is needed. 2. An absolutely unpleasant and bored young receptionist awaited us upon arrival (during our stay, he played loud music on his phone at the front desk; it made it seem like he was a guest, not the receptionist). 3. Breakfast serving hours (starting at 7:00 a.m. would be better) and the quality of the breakfast (e.g., day-old croissants, adding sauces, etc.). 4. Room cleaning - If there's dirt/dust on the radiator in the bathroom, you'll know the quality of the cleaning. The duvets with their sheets stored in the closet don't make me feel very trustful either.

Everything. Great location, room, AC, and breakfast

Nothing.

The breakfast was very good. The location was ok because I don't mind walking 1 or 2 km to visit the sights. Of course there was a metro station very near the hotel. Their underground parking was very secure. Very quiet, fantastic beds. First time I slept in a hotel bed better than my home bed.
