Great stay in a clean, well-located apartment

The apartment was very clean, modern, and stylish, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay including air conditioning and a washing machine. The free private parking in the garage was a great bonus. It’s in a convenient location; just a 5-minute walk to Galeria Krakowska and about 15 minutes to the main square (Rynek Główny). Everything in the apartment worked perfectly.

The only issue we had was with the main building door upon arrival. I wasn’t familiar with the door system. After entering the code, the door didn’t open. I called the host, and assistance arrived in about 25 minutes. It turns out the door must be pulled immediately after entering the code; any delay requires reentering the code. Once we understood this, it was easy.
