My family was accommodated.
The location was far from where I wanted to be.
I wanted to be at Green point so that I an be early for my race start time.
We could also not watch TV. WIFI was On n Off.
Wifi not accessible in the sleeping room.

The quietness of the area. It is a place where you need to go if you want peace, relaxing and to spend with family.
When wanted to use the mop it had a smell and was dirty. We could'nt do washing due to we had no excess to a washing line and there was no iron board, soap and hairdryer as was stated at booking.

Conveniently located if you are in Bellville to write exams. The place has more than enough cupboard space to not live out of a suitcase. The place was more than spacious for one person. Safe and secure parking. Hot water was always available. The kitchen is fully equipt.
The neighbours work from home and makes a lot of noise. It's not something the owner has control over I know, but it is not ideal if you want a sense of peace to study in. No wifi signal in the bedroom. No remote for the aircon. The blind in the bedroom is broken.

"We had such an amazing stay. The owners are so nice. We arrived quite early than our check-in time and the owner allowed us to check in at 9am. We found the place so clean. Such great host.
