Location is fantastic. Short stroll to the convention centre, south bank and fish lane.
Apartment has a nice view. Nice and quiet.
The check in process. I paid through booking.com and then was required to upload my identification and credit card information to a 3rd party website to get the final check in details, even though I had already paid in full. Had to sit on hold to B.com for an hour to speak to someone.
Then had to find the key in the dark, among 100 other lock boxes. At checkout they want a photo of the key being returned but you can’t upload photos.
The person’s as very nice, but I didn’t like the process. It created last minute stress.

So close to transport and restaurants.
Very clean and comfortable
The bed was not a large one so our sleep was not the best.

Apartment was exceptionally clean & very well equipped. Plentiful bathroom supplies, Olive oil, herbs & spices in the kitchen plus a full bag of ice in freezer which was handy.Very comfortable bed.Air con was fantastic!!!
Roof top pool & views were awesome!!!!
Free & secure parking was an added bonus.
2 swipe tags for elevator & pool access would've been handy. I don't like city traffic, so when hubby went for a drive, I was stuck in the apartment ( which wasn't the end of the world, drinks on the balcony with fantastic views was suffice). Would've been nicer to be able to hang out in the rooftop pool.
