The location was ideal, close to the Trastevere station and to shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had a good layout. I will certainly stay here again.
The elevator was a bit small and took a bit of time, but this was no major issue.

I loved the atmosphere. If you're searching for a typical roman experience, like visiting grandma's apartment, this is the place. Old building, cute vintage interiors, clean and super comfy. You can find literally everything you need. You can tell that the host thought about every single need in detail. You don't find yourself having to buy those extra items (dish soap, sponges, kitchen utensils...olive oil and salt...which I find crucial but often don't find). A nice bottle of water in the fridge...well, these little things make you feel very welcome. Directions are clear, host responds immediately, super polite and kind. The area is not touristy, it has a real Roman feeling, get ready to meet a busy neighborhood of locals!
The only thing I can say (and it's not about the apartment) is the parking difficulty. I would suggest: do not arrive with a huge SUV, and plan where to park your car. It's very hard on the street, but the area is full of parking garages.

Era grande, tenía aire acondicionado y la atención de los propietarios (y que tuvimos un problema con el agua caliente e hicieron lo posible por arreglarlo y nos devolvieron parte del dinero). El barrio está bien también

Posizione non centralissima, ma funzionale per noi che dovevamo gravitare nella zona Gasometro/Teatro India/Garbatella. Appartamento spazioso, all’interno di un grande condominio con portineria. Pulito, ben organizzato, letti comodi, biancheria e asciugamani. Comunicazione abbastanza fluida e rapida con i gestori, che si sono dimostrati reattivi e disponibili nel rimediare ad alcune lacune.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo, ma ormai è così ovunque. Il panorama non è quello che il nome vorrebbe suggerire.
