Nice clean spacious rooms in a good location in the street full of bars and restaurants.
Missing elevator but it was no problem for us.

Comfortable room and quite a lot of space.
The location is very good for walking in the city.
The receptionist and the contacts were very nice and helpful.
It gets noisy at night due to the restaurants in front of the hotel. The toilet needs more light because only one light was working and was quite dark.

Great location for rest of Kutaisi - good restaurants nearby- large airy & comfortable room. Staff helpful in organising trip to countryside.
Saturday night the bar opposite was really noisy until early hours.
