The menu is repetitive...I also noticed subtle racism. Inspite of wearing the bracelet for meals, i was asked several times for my room no...none of the other non black customers were asked.

Train your staff to treat all customers equally. On the last day, i checked out and since I still had a few hours before my flight, I asked to leave my luggage at the front desk. When I came back to pick it up one of the front desk people ran after me to prove that I had checked out. I calmly responded by showing her the invoice. You think I would leave my luggage at the desk without checking out although it was tagged,

Le choix de nourriture est vraiment large, on mange tout le temps ! Entre le petit dej, le déjeuner, le coffee time, le diner sans oublier le fait d'avoir à boire constamment, je me suis régalée. On retrouve une gamme de plats traditionnels, indiens, italiens et des salades. Le staff organise également des petites animations pour mettre l'ambiance, super sympa. Le staff est aussi très réactif.

La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte. Il est compliqué d'aller se promener sur la partie publique de la plage car trop de racolleurs qui essayent de vendre des services.

Diamonds is AMAZING! I honestly don’t know how anyone can rate this lower that 5 stars. From the service to the incredible food to the immaculate landscaping Constance and Margaret and Elinah the hostess are so kind, friendly and helpful. Julius, Shabam, Sadiq and Raphael at the quiet bar are incredible and make delicious cocktails, Peter at the Spa Pool was so friendly, genuinely kind and thoughtful about helping me with my back injury and Patrick at the terrace pool kept everything clean. Plus Ester at the beadwork station was wonderful. The buffet food, and the Oriental restaurant and Terrace restaurant all serve delicious cuisine from American to Indian to Italian. It shocked us that each day served different dishes. Our Junior Suite room was very spacious and comfortable. And finally George was kind and considerate to accommodate my mobility requests. We honestly felt appreciated and welcomed from the moment we stepped onto the property to the moment we left. Highly recommend to any traveler visiting the beautiful Kenyan coast.

The check-in was a really bad experience. I arrived at 2:30pm, my room wasn't available even though their check-in time is 2pm. I didn't get a room until 5 pm. They offered me a spa voucher but the spa doesn't allow children so I didn't use it. When I got to the room, there were no towels so couldn't even take a shower, the room had so many mosquitoes something that persisted for my entire stay. On the second day, the shower tap literally broke in my hand as I turned the shower on. Couldn't take a shower after that despite me reporting it. On one day, turndown service showed up at 9:32 pm (yeah!!!) For a hotel with really great grounds, the hosuekeeping was a disaster for me and I would not come back here!
