From the outside its a pretty average-looking unit block, but the inside where it most matters, it is excellent. Spacious and the location across form the beach could be any better.

Excellent location for access to the Maroochydore Surf Club and beach. Great apartment, has everything you need for as short stay. Three things for improvement, rubbish bin under sink needs a lid to prevent cockroaches. Security door needs to be replaced with high grade mesh. Standard security screen all ripped near locks indicating someone has tried to get in. Did not feel save leaving the glass door open so had to keep the aircon on all night. Tap in shower needs cover replacing. An excellent apartment, great service, efficient and friendly to deal with. I would stay again.
