Saubere Wohnung. Großzügige, nett eingerichtete Räume. Fernseher in einem Schlafzimmer. Große Betten. Waschmaschine und Trockner. REWE um die Ecke. Südstrand 8 min mit dem Auto. Gute Ansprechbarkeit bei Fragen.
Schlechte Parkplatzsituation.

Place was just like in the pictures. Very wide, clean, well designed. We stayed 3 persons, but you can stay up to 6. Definitelly recommending.
No negative experience.

The flat is big and clean
My family and I were there only for a weekend, some basics were missing, as shampoo, shower gel or rubbish bags.
The check out was at 10 am on a Sunday!!! We asked for 1h so that we could be ready with the children, the answer was clear, pay 35€ more and you can stay until 1pm.....we only needed a bit more to be able to get the kids ready.
We would not come back again, the flat is nice...but the number of inconvenients was too high.
