Location is on spot to enjoy the city and the local beaches without the car.

The apartment is beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything
The location is great. The restaurant owners and bakery downstairs are lovely and really helped us with things we wanted
Although it was my mistake, I didn't notice that there is not really adjacent parking and there is no elevator
And the apartment is on the 4th floor😱
The stairwell is broken, worn, and very uncomfortable to climb stairs
The contact woman did not go out of her way to help with things in the apartment
