The hotel was exceptionally clean. It has a large and very popular co working space in the foyer. Location is SUPERB. The interiors are nice, staff are quite nice
I was surprised the room didn’t have a small fridge to keep our water or snacks cold. No conditioner/ coffee machine in room / body lotion/razors felt a bit cheap compared the price and luxury interiors of the hotel. It’s weird to overlook these small value items which are quite helpful and annoying when not there. The location is great but there can be noise.

We appreciated the warm welcome from the front desk staff. The room was large and comfortable and very quiet. We loved the location which was in a walkable area of restaurants and maybe a 30 minute walk to the Guggenheim Museum.

The location and helpfulness of the staff
Not having frosted glass on the toilet for privacy

Location, room size, comfortable bed, cleanness.
The room was very very dark. It looks in a small internal closed courtyard like a chimney so no light comes in from the window. I would have some stronger lights in the room.
