The host was super responsive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. 😊 All we had to do was WhatsApp the host whenever we needed anything, and they were always quick to respond. Clear instructions were provided for key collection, car parking, which lift to take, where to park, and how to return the keys. Everything was well organised and made our stay smooth and hassle-free. Highly appreciate the host’s excellent communication and hospitality!
It would be great if the area under the sofa could be cleaned and the sofa vacuumed as well. 😊 Since I was staying for 7 days, having a vacuum cleaner with a mopping function available for guests to use would be really helpful. This would allow us to keep the place clean and tidy throughout our stay. Thank you! 😊

The balcony lock was spoiled for the right most panel. Safety hazard for children.
Bedsheet has some stains (not sure like bleach or something). Unpleasant for the eyes.
Sofa was worn out, dirty spots everywhere and cushioning at the centre was sunken.
All beds were low cos built in, difficult for elderly to get on and get off the bed.
