The location was great! So close to ponte vecchio and nice views from the window. Comfortable beds. Gianluca has thought of everything. Spacious enough for 4 people. Great stay in a historical building. Easy access to the property through the digital key.
Fyi there’s no lift, it’s on the first floor though.

Gianluca met us when we arrived to give us a tour, explain how everything worked and addressed all of our questions. He was very welcoming, a wonderful host & responded promptly when questions came up. The location was excellent with great restaurants close by and easy access to all of the sites.
None…all was great!
