Good turkish breakfast and very nice staff.
Access to property by car is through very narrow streets.

New property close to historic old city Ayvalik. Very clean rooms and surroundings. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast served everyday on the outdoor patio. Free onsite parking provided (a rarity for downtown Ayvalik). You have to navigate narrow cobblestone streets to reach the hotel when arriving by car since it is located in the old town. Will stay again when we are in Ayvalik.

We stayed here for one night. It seems to be fairly new. We had comfy beds, nice linens and blankets, very clean and tidy bathroom. The breakfast was really good. The owners are super friendly. Not much English but we managed with smiles and hand signals. A really cozy stay in a pension style accommodation.

In a very nice location, a little bit hilly, but clean and neat…
The breakfast was just marvelous..
