Perfekt

Very convenient and easy to walk to the Stadthalle and beyond it the city centre.
Clean, well furbished and well equipped.
Slightly unusual layout, with living and sleeping areas in both halves of the apartment, but the space was more than adequate for two of us and could have done four.
Owners checked in regularly via message.
Warm once the heating had run for a few hours.
The double bed was very soft in the middle - I turned a mattress over, which helped. Probably time to replace mattresses.
