The host was very hospitable and attentive to detail. He showed us around and explained everything. He also marked the main sights on a map, left us a list of places to eat and drink, and even gave us a welcome pack of delicious local sweets. The apartment has everything you might need and a bit more: beach umbrella, cooler bag, iron, hairdryer, coffee machine, toaster, even wine stoppers and laundry detergent. There were also earplugs and sleep masks in the bedroom, though we didn't need them, as the nights were quiet. Good air conditioning, a comfortable mattress, and a shower with a water heater, so there was always hot water. The back patio is very small but fine for a coffee or a cigarette. The neighbourhood isn't touristy, but it's authentic and felt friendly and comfortable to us. We were sorry to say goodbye to the café next door and its charming parrot. Ortigia is about a 15-minute walk away, and Syracuse worked well as a base for exploring this part of the island. Thank you for the warm welcome, and all the best! Il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi passando dal porto, ed è vicino al Parco Archeologico e alle Catacombe di San Giovanni. Alberto è stato super disponibile e ci è venuto incontro anche quando, a causa dell’eruzione dell’Etna, il nostro volo da Catania è stato dirottato a Palermo. Ci ha inoltre consigliato ottimi ristoranti, bar e gelaterie. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche l’ombrellone e la borsa frigo per la spiaggia, oltre alla comodità di poter parcheggiare proprio davanti casa. Consigliatissimo!

Obiekt bardzo czysty, posiada wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy potrzebne do mieszkania. Łącznie z parasolami oraz torbami termicznymi co było dla mnie zaskoczeniem. Znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo pomocnym i uprzejmym. Nie ma problemu z parkowaniem. Blisko centrum.

Appartamento autonomo e ottimamente attrezzato, molto pulito, ordinato e gestito con precisione dal sig. Alberto, che risponde al telefono in caso di necessità. Mi sono trovata molto bene.

Una sera è mancata l'acqua, ma si trattava di un guasto dell'acquedotto, poi rapidamente risolto. Leggermente scomodo il bagno al piano 0 e la camera da letto al piano +1
