Very clean, well located. A lift in the building.
Spacious with a good sized bedroom and wardrobe space.
Kitchenette with full sized fridge.
Bathroom very functional and shower is spacious- water is hot 👌
Balcony off living room which adds to air flow and ability to air dry clothes.
Air conditioning works.
Managed by staff at Mosaikon Hotel at number 61. Staff were very helpful and welcomed the feedback regarding the noisy neighbours.
Internet was patchy and very slow.
There is quite a bit of night noise. Bar across the street contributes but it closes around midnight and it’s a wine bar rather than a pub.
Neighbours upstairs were late home every night and slammed doors, raised voices etc.

It's a big apartment, fully equipped, clean, comfortable, very well located, and managed by an excellent staff. I highly recommend this place. As far as I'm concerned, I'll reserve it again for my next visits to Athens.
