So clean, staff were so attentive, they even took me to the ATM and to go buy a SIM card. I didn’t have cash with me so they paid first for me ! I couldn’t believe it, so helpful when you’ve just arrived in a new country. The breakfast options are soooo delicious. The beds were so comfy and I had the best sleep I’ve had in weeks. Super quiet property, convenience stores and food 1 min walk, 10 min Grab from city central.
The toilet had some issues at the start but the staff fixed it immediately so it wasn’t a problem

Cul de sac away from traffic noise.
7 rooms and quiet with limited noise and interacation with other guest.
Also personalised service from staff with little or no interferencd bit on an on call guest request basis

Our stay at the White Lotus Heritage Hotel was absolutely amazing. The staff was impeccable from the moment we checked in, very friendly and and with a high attention to detail. An in particular always made sure we were taken care of, he was a star. Breakfast was also good and the room was very clean. No complaints over our stay - 10/10.
