The location was close to everything and in walking distance from restaurants, shops, public transport, and ANU. During the day it was very safe and friendly, and the vibe was warm and welcoming. The facilities were great and had everything needed for a short or long term stay.
At night the nearby alleys and streets became a bit daunting, and the homeless population became less friendly after around 8pm, and would hassle people walking by. The sounds of the nightlife were a bit intrusive, but not more than you would expect for a busy city.

The property is in a fantastic location, in the midst of cafes, restaurants, bars, theatres and the Canberra Centre for shopping and entertainment. The building is well kept, with a fast lift. The apartment is well appointed and well laid out, with a beautiful, calm outlook onto green trees. Easy communication with the very friendly and accommodating property manager.
Canberra was experiencing hot weather and although there is an air-conditioner, due to the apartment’s shape, it does not reach the bedroom, so it made sleeping difficult and uncomfortable.

Tired flat, difficult check in and out, small and narrow parking, easy to scratch a car. There was a dirty towel in the kitchen with rice stuck to it, no paper towel or tissues
