The flat had everything you needed and had several nearby supermarkets, on street parking, nearby food / restaurants. The bed/mattress is really nice.

Pleasant little flat. It had all the facilities as described but we were there just for a few hours, as we left by 8.20am next morning to attend a family wedding. Very convenient location for us, as we wanted be the Thurmaston area.
After arriving at the property I was then told to drive in peak time to another part of the city to pick up the keys. By the time we got back we had wasted 1 hour.
The key lock box didn't work for some reason and when I tried calling/texting, there was no answer. I had to attend a wedding for 8.50am, so had to leave. I then had to come back to drop the keys, which took me an hour. so a lot time and petrol wasted getting the keys and dropping them off.
The heater in the bathroom wasn't working.
