Great location. Didn’t love the stairs considering luggage.
8 / 10Excellent·juin 2024
Location is solid. However, I will flag a few things:
-Get ready to walk up a few stair cases inside the building depending where your room is.
-at night you do hear quite a bit of street noise. I’m talking about 4,5,6am. A car driving (I think it’s some type of trash service or something at the time)
-some reviews I saw before booking mentioned possible bed bugs which of course had me a bit unsettled but can confirm there were ZERO.
All that being said, I would book there again.

I stayed at Residence Bouttau for the second time, and I will come back next year. Very good communication with the host and very helpful. I loved the location in the old town - it's located on a historical street with restaurants, so you can hear the noise, but it's a noise I love.
Very nice place considering the price.

"For the price Residence Bouttau is excellent value for money. It isn’t luxury but has everything you need for your stay with the added bonus of feeling like a resident of Cannes. Open the door and you..."
