Stayed 5 nights at one of the apartments. -clean, spacious, light and airy. Transport links very good, Bus stop few minutes walk away with metro and tram stops 10-15 min walk. There are several mini marts nearby and cafes/restaurants with very friendly and welcoming staff a short walk away. The apartment we felt was a little tired and needed an update and a few repairs I.e loose kitchen tap and toilet seat, shower area and fittings needed replacement. Front door to building and door to garden did not close/lock automatically as stated and appeared left unlocked 24/7. Graca felt safe but I'm sure other visitors like ourselves would feel more comfortable and secure if this was addressed. This did not distract from our stay which we enjoyed very much and Graca is an authentic working neighbourhood with cafes/restaurants full of locals. Graca area situated behind castle on Tram 28 or 12 route and close to Alfama District. Thank you to Teresa for her help and info provided to reach the apartment from the Metro stop Alameda which was extremely easy. Beautiful City and people and will be returning.

Unit seemed newly refurbished. Clean and spacious, but needs a few items like toilet paper holder, mat for shower floor (inside and outside), kitchen towels . We didn’t really care for the location.

This a modernized stylish property in an old bldg. Great beds, garden and shower. Easy to get to the metro and only 2 stops from the square. The front door to the bldg was a bit challenging as was the walk up the hill but overall would highly recommend.
