Minor repairs needed but very cute clean place. Would love to have had some Christmas decorations though.

This was the perfect homebase for a weekend trip to Helen. Clean, quiet, & comfortable. Will be staying here again next time I visit Helen.

Amazing room, easy walk to town, great experience. Have spent numerous other mini vacations in town at different places and this far outranks all others for price, cleanliness, and accessibility to all venues
