Really nice reception and the housekeepers were AWESOME! Great location too!

The hotel lobby made me a bit concerned about what the room would be like (it’s underwhelming), but our room was great. Plenty of space for our family of 4 and the AC worked very well (which was nice because it was very hot in Madrid during our stay). Breakfast was fine. One thing we noticed was there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room which nowadays seems quite standard. The location is a bit removed from the central city which was less ideal if you like walking
