Thalassa Cape Philian Collection

Wonderful resort! 5-stars quality !

Lovely room lovely comfy bed and good bedding and towels. Great view of the sea. Excellent breakfast. Downfall was the mass of sunbeds on the beach. Far too many for the size of the beach

Excellent stay. The place is beautiful and very convenient location. The room was very nice and the ac worked great. What really shined was the staff. Breakfast buffet was great with a variety of savory and sweet choices. Some of the best treatment we've had in all of our stays throughout Europe. Really top tier!

I was shocked at how fully packed the sunbeds are on the very narrow beach in front of the hotel are and very expensive to rent. I had chosen this hotel for being on the beach but didn’t want to use it and at the end of the beach it was all stones and hardly any natural shade. The pool is right next to the main road with a wall in between so not relaxing and with no view of the beach. My standard room with side ocean view was small and not practical. Barely any counter in the bathroom, no hanging rack on balcony nor a roof for some shade. There was a strange „burr“ deep noise that bothered me especially as I tried to sleep. I showed one of the male employees the noise which he heard and tried to record but it didn’t come up on the recording. He said he would tell the technicians. I was only there for that second night so I knew the solution wouldn’t help me. I think it was coming from the air conditioner in the room next door. I asked about it the next am and reception said he said there was no noise!! I told her then why would he try to record it??!! I was so irritated at this lie that I showed her the noise even though I was leaving that day. She heard it - I suggested she check the room next door, knock as there was no do not disturb sign but she said she didn’t want to disturb. I asked for mgr to give me something complementary - they gave me a free transfer to the airport and another half hour to the late checkout. Room 302. breakfast was good and others were helpful.
