Adriana is so sweet, it felt homely. The home made breakfast was delicious. It was an awesome stay, looking forward to staying with them again.

Adriana and her husband were amazing, she cooked me a soup one evening when I was really hungry out of the kindness of her heart and that is only one of the many sweet things she did during our stay. You feel at home. <3

Owners have a fascinating back story about themselves and the property. Very friendly.

If you want sleek and fancy, this is not for you. If you want warm, historic, and lovely, there’s no better place. I’ve been coming here for 20 years or more, and have always felt welcome and taken care of. Adriana and Constantin are Old World hosts in an increasingly cold world. And location could not be more perfect, between downtown and the beach.
