We loved the location and the breakfast of the hotel. We had four people and there were two rooms and a living room with kitchen. Would recommend.

Overall our stay was nice ! Close to commute trains/buses / mall and groceries very good location
No A/C that’s the only issues
Lack of instruction on how to operate stove which is hard to turn on/operate with very carefully
Support is very helpful over the phone

Really helpful staff. Due to the heat wave I requested additional fans ahead of my arrival and the team were very accommodating. It helped to make my stay much more comfortable.

Apartment was small but clean and very well positioned for no13 tram stop into city centre and nearby shops. Two double beds, would have preferred a double and twin, but knew when booking so no complaints. Kitchenette very small but had everything needed for a couple of nights stay. Overlooked trainline and building site, but for a city location it wasn't too noisy especially with windows closed. Would stay again.
