west light was very close to all transportation and restaurants it was also close to the river. The area has hills and for me going uphill was difficult but my son had no problem.I was also close to the FIFA watch parties. The room itself was narrow rather wide but suited us. The staff was amazing patiently answering all our questions and breakfast was free and tasty

Staff and manager always observe your needs and acted actively, no matter in the hotel or its cafe. Sometimes you don’t need to voice out but they will make responses.
The location is convenient.

The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfy. How ever we arrived pretty much empty handed because the airline delayed our luggage. We told the girls up front about it. The luggage got there the night of and no one told us. I called the next morning at 9am and I had to ask if the luggage’s were there and they receptionist, said yes since last night. I think it would had been nice and courteous, for them to have called us as they arrived.

Beautiful little place in the pretty part of Lisbon. Very clean and comfortable room with sound proof windows and block out blinds (perfect for sleeping off jet lag). Bathroom had all the toiletries required if you forget something and huge towels. The breakfast was very substantial and in a lively little cafe behind the hotel itself. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend staying here.
