Duo Housing Hostel

Staff very nice. The only thing is to make sure you request a bottom bunk & if you are uncomfortable with sharing a room with men be specific. The staff was great and moved me to a double room with a single woman. Otherwise it's a great for the price.

Bring your own soap and hair wash as they don’t provide them. For complementary breakfast it is ONLY pancakes.

It's a hostile. Check in wasn't clear but eventually got in and settled. Pancakes in the morning were a welcomed bonus. Recommend shower shoes for walking around as they have a no shoes rule

The staff was very friendly, and the place felt safe. There were travelers from both the U.S. and abroad. As far as I understood, the rooms are cleaned every day. They also offer free breakfast in the morning, including pancakes and coffee. The only downsides are that the lockers are too small to fit any luggage, and there isn’t much space in the rooms. Overall, I’d recommend it. I’ve also heard from other travelers that it’s one of the best hostels in D.C. in terms of cleanliness and the overall quality of the guests.
