Close to fishing, this smoke-free vacation home brings it all within reach. Jump into your car and make short work of the 41-minute drive to Dixie National Forest or the 13-minute drive to Red Canyon (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

This 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a BBQ grill and a desk. Connect to the free WiFi, or get cozy in front of the LCD TV (Netflix available). Very nice place to stay, we used it as a base to cover Bryce Canyon and Zion, there are a couple of good places to eat in locally too. The only point to mention is that there is no air conditioning, this may not be an issue for many but for us in late June it was a little bit uncomfortable through the night.

We found this trough Amex Expedia offers and it was more than expected. The house was clean well kept with beautifully curated interior. The view of the mountains the river that runs through the property was dreamy. We couldn’t make it the first night due to snow storm and the manager was so thoughtful and helpful assisting us and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and they pay close attention to detail including list of to do and to visit while you stay in the are which we found very helpful. The pictures do not do it justice and it’s reasonably priced for what it is. Thank you for opening your property. We will definitely go back.

I loved this property. Location is excellent. The home is well equipped, very clean with all the necessary amenities. Please note that stores, etc really do shut down in the cold months and you won't have access to much. Make sure you bring whatever cooking and food supplies you might need. We have a small baby and had to create a little barricade at the top of the steps because she crawls around. Great home and location to make wonderful family memories.

Incredible home that was super clean and majestic views. Pictures do not do this home justice. It is so quiet and secluded. You really are able to unwind and relax. Everything aboit the home was perfect. Closest market is 20+ minutes away so best to bring all provisions to make meals. Home has everything you need to cook meals and bake. We highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.
