I had hoped the location was the selling point but everything else added to a great choice of place to stay!
The washer, dryer and full kitchen were all very useful, and having the chance to cook in the room helped keep costs down over eating out for every meal.
The location couldn't be beat; lots of local choices for food and music and downtown was an easy walk when I wanted to experience that more.
All in all, a great experience and I look forward to booking again!

Check in was a little confusing but overall very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay again :)

This is a beautiful place across the serene Scarlitt Bennett Center. 3 mins walk to Vanderbilt. Everything else is within walking distance. Way better than the mainstream hotels around. I was here for a workshop at VU.

Room was clean and smelled good, had a little problem with the keycode enter but was resolved quickly with a phone call. Nice quiet neighborhood and an easy Uber Ride to Broadway.
