The concierge argued with me about my included Breakfast, which denied me about 10 days of prepaid Breakfast service. Also, I had requested two fans and was not provided two fans until 3/4 of the way into my one month day. I had also requested a accessible room and was told I would get one and was not given one the whole time. I was there denying the access to my mobility Scooter for most of the time. as a result, I planned two other excursions one to the Netherlands and one to Italy to alleviate some of the frustrations. I am still waiting for somebody to assess and give a refund however, Expedia was extremely defensive as was the Property nobody has really picked up the responsibility for this and I paid in full.
