The property is beautiful, the gardens are breathtaking, and the staff is kind and seen often working on the property. The lakeside view is exquisite, the cottage itself is absolutely charming. The location is perfect for a summer weekend. We will definitely visit again, Highly recommend.

I gave it a four because it was exactly what I needed, however it probably is more like a 3.5.
The cabin was clean and accommodations were as listed. The inside was outdated though and the bathroom appeared to be pieced together. No issues with plumbing.
There was a ceiling fan and an air conditioner which is a plus, made for comfortable sleeping.
The grounds were good off the beach area, but the beach area could use a little TLC. Most of the outdoor furniture was broken in some way. There were a lot of rocks and weeds and it just looked a little unkempt.
The property manager was friendly and helpful and the price was good but if you are looking for something updated and modern, you will not find it here.
