8 / 10Excellent·mars 2026
The glass houses are located in an area where you have to drag your suitcase through gravel. It makes it hard to get to. Rooms are small but fine for a 1 night stay. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the ice restaurant is cold as you can imagine and food is ok for the cost. Drinks on the property are expensive.

The rooms were spotless and the staff was courteous and always available to answer any questions or concerns. Their restaurant food was also fantastic.

We had the most amazing experience at the Arctic SnowHotel. The staff went above and beyond any expectation. The reception staff absolutely radiated warmth and hospitality. Tour staff (including Shane) were exceptional.
