8 / 10Excellent·juill. 2026
Overall excellent stay - room clean, neat,
Wish list: a free bottle of water vs weighted tiny water bottles
Front desk check-in was not friendly (ie not warm, smiling) but was efficient.
Upon leaving the staff was very friendly!

Love this place! Staff were amazing, rooms were perfect. Spacious, light, great showers. Valet was excellent. Close to a beautiful park, transit, metro line, restaurants. Honestly, favorite place I've stayed in St. Louis area.

I believe the clerk made a mistake at check in - only showing 1 of the 2 rooms for both nights. Fortunately we were able to keep the second room for the second night.
The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress was hard and low to the floor making it difficult to get out of. The sheets were rough and shifted during the night.
The property was very neat and clean.
