Loved the location and the property setup. Very spacious for a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) and was so close to everything. Room was clean, modern and had all that we needed. The bathroom was separated into 3 rooms which made it really functional and ideal so 3 people could be in there at the same time (shower, toilet, sink). All hotel bathrooms should be like this! Also came with a washing machine which was easy to use and worked well. Very good value for what we got and it was so close to everything. Kids also loved having the 7/11 right across the street and there is a pharmacy/CVS-like store right below in case you need any toiletries or beauty items : )

The space is very well planned and had everything we needed. We would stay here again.

The room was very clean with a lot of space. We loved how the shower, toilet, and sinks were all separate. The kitchen was super handy. We also loved being able to wash and dry our clothes so we didn’t have to pack as many for our trip. Check in and out was a breeze.

My experience was excellent from start to finish- the team was excellent, and they did all they could to make the stay comfortable. The location of the room was perfect, and it was spotless. The only issue was communication was through the site (Hotels.com) which doesnt translate automatically from Japanese to English; my Japanese not being proficient made it just a little more difficult. Illi Stays however contacted me regularly and were amazingly responsive to all requests. I would highly recommend this to any traveler and will definitely look to stay in future when i visit Tokyo again
